Graduated with Accounting degree, post grad Diploma in Management and 27 years of working experience in Audit, Accounting, HR & Administration. Ms Lim started her accountancy articleship with KPMG, a well-known Chartered Accounting firm after graduating from RMIT University, Australia in 1994 with a
degree in Bachelors of Accounting, minor in Finance.
After 2 years in audit, she moved on to the commercial sector, Crystal Edge Sdn Bhd in 1997 as Accounting, Finance and Office Manager. During this time, she set up the entire computerized accounting system for the company. While working, she took a post grad Diploma in Management from MIM. She has experience in project management and event management as well. Subsequently she moved on to focus in HR Management in the company.

She is currently managing a training center and provide HR services to IT customers.
